Among the many amazing American Muscle cars, we are also adding to the Porsche collection. The newest arrival to this part of the collection is this 2019 Porsche 911 Speedster. This makes the fourth Speedster in the group, this being a Heritage Edition. Past Speedster models have capped model runs for the G Series, 964, 993, and 997 generations and is the same case here for the 991 series 911. Only 1,948 of these will be built, this being #1638.

The 911 Speedster is powered by the 4.0L flat-six cylinder engine, revving to nearly 9,000 RPMs. Power is just over 500hp, allowing for 0-60 MPH runs of less than 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 192 MPH. There are many Speedster specific touches, including special badging and a fully manual roof structure to save weight. In fact, weight savings are a significant focus, with carbon fiber front fenders, trunk, and engine covers.

We will have more American Muscle cars to follow but wanted to show you this special edition Porsche 911. It is now in the museum collection with the nearly 40 others Porsches vehicles and the 5 Porsche-Diesel tractors. Thanks to Porsche Melbourne for helping us secure this special low production 911.
