On Saturday, June 10th, the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta hosted Broad Arrow's 75th Anniversary Auction. Over sixty Porsches were auctioned in this one-day sale, ranging from early air-cooled cars and racecars to the current generation GT3. The auction achieved $20 million in sales, with 93 percent of all lots sold. Here is a look at this special 75th-anniversary auction.

One of the unique cars up for sale was the Porsche 911 Classic Club Coupe. Starting with a 19989 996 generation 911, it was revisited and customized by the Sonderwunsch personalization program, showcasing all of the possibilities. It uses upgraded parts and the engine from the 996-generation 911 GT3, and the unique aero bodywork was tested at the high-speed Nardo test track in Italy. The car sold for $1.2 million, the highest price paid for a 996-generation 911.
