Wassi's Meat Market has been serving Brevard County from the same location for over 35 years. Since we opened, Wassi's has donated over a dozen times to a variety of charity fundraisers we have held at the museum including several times to Candlelighters and our own Free Veterans Day Open House. As a way to show our appreciation for all of the thoughtful donations, the museum held an evening for Wassi's staff and their families to enjoy the collection. After eating dinner and desserts in the front showroom, the group went on a tour of the collection with Ed Dedick.

 

 

If you haven't been to Wassi's, you should really check it out. They recently expanded their location and offer cooking classes covering different techniques and preparations. The two or three-hour classes are an excellent gift idea for those aspiring cooks you know. They also stock Big Green Egg Grill in all seven sizes. Add in a selection of choice, prime, domestic wagyu, Australian wagyu, A5 Japanese wagyu beef, handmade in-house specialty sausages, a great beer and wine selection, and Jan's amazing pies and you have everything you need for a special dinner.
