Helping Seniors 2021 Car Giveaway

On Saturday, October 9th, the Museum hosted the 5th Annual Helping Seniors Car Raffle. Those who purchased raffle tickets got to check out the museum and had their pick of either a new Dodge Challenger, a Chevrolet Camaro, a Mazda Miata, or a Kia Sportage. These cars were provided by A.J. Hiers, of Boniface-Hiers Automotive who we would like to thank for his years of supporting Helping Seniors and the Helping Seniors Car Raffle! Food and drinks were provided by Mark and Tetiana Pieloch. The winning raffle ticket was drawn by our local favorite Jet Drag Racer Elaine Larsen. Elaine won back-to-back International Hot Rod Association jet dragster championship titles in 2014 and 2015 and currently races the Florida Tech dragster. We thank her for being a part of this exciting evening.

 

This year's big winner was David Odahowski, who lives here in Brevard County. We don't know what car he selected but will update everyone when we find out. Congratulations to David! Thanks to everyone who participated and for supporting Helping Seniors. Best of luck with next year's drawing.

 

Helping Seniors of Brevard Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Florida not-for-profit dedicated to serving Brevard County seniors via their no-cost senior information helpline, senior information media outreach, and their senior advocacy programs. While the 2022 Helping Seniors date hasn't been picked, we look forward to hosting next year's event.
