Freedom 7 Senior and Wheels and Keels Tour

The museum hosted two groups yesterday for a tour of the museum. Freedom 7 Seniors are a group based out of Cocoa Beach whose focus is "to provide wellness, educational, social and recreational activities (primarily) for seniors in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island". The other group was Wheels and Keels. Wheels & Keels Foundation, Inc. provides funding to selected organizations whose activities strive to improve the lives of children and adults in the Treasure Coast community.

 

 

Around 150 people toured the collection for over two hours, some guided by AMCM owner Mark Pieloch. Guests were also served pizza, cookies, and drinks after the end of the tour. Several of the guests brought some pretty awesome cars which are shown here. In addition to charitable fundraisers, the museum opens several times each month for these educational tours like these.
