2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1

One of the most recent Mustangs to join the museum is this 2003 Mustang Mach 1. This was the first year back for the Mach 1 name, previously used from 1969 until 1978. The Mach 1 was just above the 260 horsepower GT and below the 390 horsepower supercharged SVT Cobra, making a very respectable 305. This engine could be paired with either a four-speed automatic or a five-speed manual.

Our car is the first Mustang Mach 1 assigned a VIN number. In addition, it remains in as new condition with less than 85 original miles. It is in an Azure Blue exterior with a Charcoal Leather interior and comes very well optioned. It uses a five-speed manual transmission. This is the second of two Mach 1s in the museum collection.
