1993 Ford Lightning SVT F150

Our newest Ford to join the museum collection is this 1993 Ford Lightning SVT Pickup. This was the first pickup to receive Ford's Special Vehicle Team treatment and would be in production from 1993 to 1995. Over 5,000 of these first-year pickups were sold in either Black or Red. All would be powered by the 5.8L V8 making 240 horsepower and paired with the four-speed automatic transmission. Our car is an outstanding original example with only 112 original miles. When new, it was sold out of Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for $22,500. This is the first SVT Lightning to join the collection. Check out the video for more.
