1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

Six months after introducing the new Chevrolet Camaro, they got to work on a performance variant to race in the Trans-Am racing series. This would be known as the Z/28, featuring a 302 cubic inch solid-lifter V8, heavy-duty Muncie 4-speed transmission, and power disc brakes.

In this video, we look closer at our Matador Red with White Stripe coupe. This car is an eight-time Super Chevy Class Winner, scoring 980/1000 points at the GM Camaro Nationals. It has been frame off restored, and is an excellent example of a second-year Z/28.
