Saturday, January 20, 2024 Food Trucks available for Breakfast and Lunch.

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM Judges/Tabulators – Breakfast for those working today: in the Maintenance Building.
8:00 AM – 8:10 AM Judges Meeting on the Judging Field.
8:10 AM – 8:15 AM Observer Judge (OJ) meeting on the Judging Field.
8:15 AM – 8:30 AM Owners meeting on the Judging Field.
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Schedule for Flight Judging (check for updates at Registration)
(56-57, 61-62, 65, 67SB, 73-77, 78-82, 97-04, Concours).
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Registration/Information Open.
9:00 AM – 9:15 AM National Anthem/Presentation of Colors.
9:30 AM -11:30 AM 3-pt Advanced Judging Seminar-part 1 in the Maintenance Building.
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Tour the American Muscle Car Museum, registered participants are free with a
wristband, and all others pay a $25.00 charitable donation at Registration or the museum door. Please
exit promptly to allow time to prepare for the Award Presentation.
12:00 AM – 1:00 PM Lunch Break.
1:00 PM Ladies’ Choice ballots due at Registration.
1:00 PM – 3:30 PM Advanced Judging Seminar-part 2 You need to attend both sessions.
3:30 PM – (Approx.) Award presentation in the lobby of the AMCM as soon as tabulations are complete.
Cars will be released after the Award Presentations. No cars will be released before the Presentation.
