Viera High School Marching Band Fundraiser

The Viera High School Marching Band needs your help to raise $120,000.00 to purchase new uniforms. The 2023-2024 school year will mark 17 years since Viera High School opened its doors in 2006 - the same year the current Marching Hawk uniforms were purchased new. At 17 years old, the Marching Hawk uniforms are now older than the majority of the 170+ marching band musicians. The Brevard County School District budget does not provide band uniforms, so the Marching Hawks have to raise every penny of the $120,000. Over the last two years, these student musicians have already raised $60,000! Now, they need Community Partners LIKE YOU to help them raise the rest!

Under the direction of Mr. Dominick Eggen and Mrs. Maria Dix, Directors of Instrumental Music at Viera High School, the Marching Hawks have earned repeated Superior ratings at their Music Performance Assessments. This ensemble of student musicians dedicates hundreds of hours outside of school, even giving up two weeks of their summer vacation, to performing music, marching, and maneuvering with superior precision. Dedication at their level deserves the support of their school and community to facilitate their continued success and accomplishment.

This is where we need your help! The Marching Hawks need to raise an additional $60,000 to purchase their new uniforms. The American Muscle Car Museum has generously offered to host a fundraiser for the VHS Marching Hawks on Sunday, November 5, 2023. We need community partners to step up and support the Marching Hawks’ fundraising efforts by providing Corporate Sponsorships and donations of services and items for both the silent and live auctions during the event.

This unique experience is unavailable to the general public, offering an afternoon amongst the 500+ American muscle cars, memorabilia, and exotic cars comprising the private collection of Mark Pieloch. Sponsorships or donations of any value are needed, and 100% of the tax-deductible proceeds go directly to the Viera High School Marching Band and into their new uniform fund!

Sponsorships or donations valued at $1000 or more include VIP event access, which entitles guests to a banner displayed at the event and a private tour of the museum guided by Mark Pieloch himself. $3000 and $5000 level community partners are additionally entitled to either an outdoor parking lot product display or an inside display table to showcase your product or service. In addition, $1000-level and above Community Partners are included in press releases and social media.

General Admission:
Enjoy a Fresh Market buffet-style lunch and non-alcoholic beverages amongst a sampling of classic American muscle cars while the VHS Band performs. There will be live and silent auctions and a self-guided walkabout in the 90,000 sqft vehicle display area that houses nearly 500 cars plus unique vehicles, one-of-a-kinds, bicycles, motorcycles, and memorabilia.
