Florida Today - Corvette donation helps raise $1.76 million for Ukraine relief
Pieloch donated his 1986 yellow Corvette, which had only 9,325 miles, to raise money for Ukrainian humanitarian relief during the Barrett-Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach, FL.
Coupled with a silver 2009 Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake, the two muscle cars sold for a combined $1 million Friday during a live History Channel broadcast. That helped generate a total sum of at least $1.76 million for Ukrainian relief via Samaritan's Purse, a nondenominational Christian nonprofit.
