We have a new addition here to the museum - A 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. The exterior color is Destroyer Grey with a Black/Demonic Red interior. Big thanks to Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Merritt Island for delivering this awesome modern muscle car.

Quick Facts about the 2019 Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody:

- Has a top speed of 203 MPH, much higher than the Demon which tops out at 168 MPH. The catch is the Demon's standard drag radials can only handle 168 mph, but the car can go faster. When you install the Powertrain Control Module that comes in the optional Demon Crate, the speed limiter is removed.

- This car has the Wide Body Package, which can be applied to any SRT Challenger. This is a $6,000 option.

- Engine is a 6.2L V8 with a 2.7L Supercharger delivering 14.5 pounds of boost. This combination makes 797 horsepower using 91 octane pump gas.

- At wide-open throttle, the engine uses 1.43 gallons of gas a minute, theoretically draining the tank in less than 13 minutes.

- Dodge gave all Challengers electric power steering for 2019. The wide grippy tires would fight the hydraulic steering systems in aggressive driving and required them to change setups.
